The temperature measurement/automatic closed-loop power control system is newly developed by our company and is mainly composed of temperature measurement system, temperature control automatic power adjustment system and data recording and storage system.

●Greatly improve the pass rate of workpieces, and continuously produce workpieces with a temperature variation range of ≤ ± 10"C: using the latest closed-loop temperature control software, by collecting the temperature of the workpieces at the outlet and calculating it in the software system. The real-time control of power ensures the relative consistency of the temperature of the workpiece at the outlet.

●Accurate temperature collection: uses thermometer, which improves the accuracy and consistency of temperature collection through non-contact infrared temperature measurement in the furnace.

●Powerful data recording and storage function: Through the internal program calculation system of the human-machine interface, the collected outlet temperature data can be analyzed and stored for curve analysis, and the data can also be exported through storage media such as U disks for multi-party inquiry.
