HOW TO FORGE BUCKET TOOTH PRODUCTION LINE?
√Blanking: Precision blanking technology is used to control the length tolerance of the required blank within a smaller range.
√Heating: Put the billet into the heating furnace, and use appropriate heating temperature and heating time to fully soften the billet.
√Roll forging machine: Roll forging forming: Put the blank into the roll forging machine for roll forging, so that the blank gradually forms the shape of the bucket teeth. During the roll forging process, it is necessary to control the parameters of the roll forging machine, such as roll forging temperature, pressure, speed, etc., to ensure the forming quality.
√Electric screw press: Put the rapidly formed bucket teeth into the press for secondary forming, so that the metal fills the entire cavity to form the shape of the bucket teeth
√Composite punching and typing: A self-made fully hydraulic self-controlled punching and forging machine is used to automatically complete the punching and typing process in one go.
Post-forging waste heat treatment: Use waste heat to quench the hot bucket tooth forgings after forging.
Our factory currently has 5 production lines with different configurations, namely 400T, 630T, and 1000T, 1600 tons, and 2500 tons.
