WORKING PRINCIPLE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF CROSS WEDGE ROLLING:
The basic principle of the cross wedge rolling process is to feed the heated raw material into the middle of two co-rotating dies with wedge protrusions. Driven by the dies, the bar stock moves in the opposite direction to the dies. Rotary motion, while the material undergoes radial compression deformation and axial extension deformation, thereby forming stepped shaft parts.
