OVERVIEW

1. The equipment control adopts a reliable PLC control system, equipped with an electronic cam control panel and a human-computer interaction interface.
2. Achieve precise control of the equipment. The operation modes include inching, single, continuous, mold change and stop, with a total of five levels.
3. Supports series connection of automated equipment, programmable process parameters, and calls corresponding programs according to different parts produced.
4. When the equipment monitoring sends out a protection signal, the relevant information will be displayed directly on the screen to facilitate quick identification and processing by maintenance personnel; the human-machine interface has built-in electrical diagrams and maintenance schematics to help maintenance personnel quickly grasp it.

ADVANTAGES


1. The steel plate on the top of the frame is reinforced to improve rigidity, reduce deformation, and facilitate installation and maintenance.
2. The deflection of the work table is designed to exceed 1/12000, which improves forging accuracy and mold life.
3. The frame has been annealed to enhance stability.
DRIVE
1. The crankshaft raw material uses high-performance alloy steel 42CrMo. The yield limit is 2.6 times that of 45# steel. After heat treatment, the hardness HB reaches more than 300. The crankshaft diameter is increased, which is more than 20% heavier than the MP model, and the stress is increased by more than 35%.


2. The flywheel has been enlarged to provide the equipment with greater energy reserve.
3. The clutch adopts a multi-set friction disc structure design, which has greater friction torque than the general friction block structure design, allowing the equipment to have greater working capacity.

CONNECTING

The double-link structure design significantly improves the eccentric load bearing capacity. The slider adopts a box-shaped cast steel structure and is equipped with an extended eight-sided guide rail to ensure high-precision maintenance performance and the ability to withstand high eccentric loads. The guide plate is made of highly wear-resistant materials, allowing the equipment to have a full load capacity of 80%-100% at each station.
EJECTOR

The upper and lower ejection devices can reduce the die-out angle of the die forgings to less than 2 degrees, saving 10%-15% of materials and facilitating the realization of automation.
