The usage method and steps of the circular saw machine are as follows:

1. Before operation, check the saw blade for any broken teeth or cracks, and install protective covers and safety devices.

2. When installing the saw blade, it should be concentric with the main shaft, and the gap between the inner hole of the blade and the shaft should not exceed 0.15-0.2mm, otherwise centrifugal inertia force will be generated, causing the saw blade to swing during rotation.

3. The clamping surface of the flange must be flat and strictly perpendicular to the rotation center of the spindle, while maintaining a firm installation of the saw blade.

4. First, inspect the surface or cracks of the sawn wood for hard objects such as nails or stones to prevent damage to the sawteeth and even personal injury accidents.

5. When operating, stand slightly to the left of the saw blade and should not be in the same straight line as the saw blade to prevent the wood from popping out and injuring people.

6. Do not use too much force when feeding, the wood should be flat and not swing, lift, or press down.

7. When sawing a wooden joint, the speed should be slowed down and attention should be paid to prevent the joint from popping out and injuring people.

8. When breaking vertically, the wood should be tightly against the guide plate and not skewed: when cutting horizontally, it should be aligned with the sawing line and the end should be sawed flat.

9. When sawing the wood to the end, do not push or press it with your hands to prevent finger injuries. If it is operated by two people, they should wait for the wood to come out of the sawing table before they can be pulled.

10. When the wood gets stuck in the saw blade, it should be stopped immediately before handling.

11. When sawing short materials, push rods must be used for feeding, and feeding one material after another is not allowed.

12. When using a circular saw to break large materials, a water-cooling device must be installed.

13. Do not clean the debris and sawdust on the saw table by hand. Use wooden sticks or other tools to clean after stopping the machine.

14. After the sawing operation is completed, it is necessary to promptly turn off the power, unplug the plug, cut off the power, and ensure safety.
