Roll forging machines are mainly used for pre forging of forgings, and can also be used for final forging forming. They can also be combined with other forging equipment such as air hammers, friction presses, screw presses, crank presses, etc. to form a forging production line. Equipped with mechanical arms or automatic devices, roll forging production can be automated.

The overall design adopts a double column support mechanism, with two frames supporting the upper and lower forging rollers for rotational motion. Multiple fan-shaped roller forging dies can be installed in the middle of the upper and lower forging rolls to form the workpiece by rolling. The center distance and angle adjustment mechanism of the forging roller can adjust the center distance of the upper and lower forging rollers and the misalignment angle of the forging roller mold, making it convenient to align and adjust the mold gap and angle.

In addition, it can also be combined with other forging equipment such as air hammers, friction presses, screw presses, crank presses, etc. to form a forging production line. Equipped with mechanical arms or automatic devices, it can achieve automation in roll forging production.
