The 2024 China International Metal Forming Exhibition successfully concluded at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) with strong support from all parties.
Exhibitor Overview
This year's exhibition covered an area of 26,000 square meters, attracting 274 exhibitors from 9 countries and regions, including foreign exhibitors from the U.S., Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, the Czech Republic, and Israel. By category, there were 49 component exhibitors, 113 forging technology and related equipment exhibitors, and 112 stamping, sheet metal, and manufacturing equipment exhibitors. A total of 207 exhibitors brought products to the exhibition, with an on-site exhibit rate of over 75%. The exhibits showcased the latest metal forming technology and equipment, tooling and dies, connection and welding technology, automation and peripheral equipment, auxiliary materials, inspection and testing equipment, surface treatment technologies, and a variety of forged, stamped, and sheet metal components, meeting the needs of most companies in the metal forming industry.
Visitor Overview
The exhibition attracted 17,343 professional visitors from 19 countries and 32 provinces, cities, and regions in China. Additionally, 41,229 people watched the exhibition online through live streaming on new media platforms such as Weide Live and WeChat Video Channels.
Concurrent Events
During the exhibition, several events were held, including the China Forging Industry Buyers Conference, the China International Forging/Stamping/Sheet Metal and Manufacturing New Technology and Equipment Rolling Release Conference, and five additional events featuring 41 technical lectures and reports. Outside the exhibition, the 2024 China Forging Conference, 2024 China Stamping Conference, and the 1st China Sheet Metal Industry Sustainable Development Summit Forum & 1st Asia Sheet Metal Industry Exchange Conference were held, with over 800 representatives attending.
